Centered on the design concept of "nature integrated into architecture", this project creates an integrated ecological art bar relying on the high-transparency characteristics and exquisite forming technology of acrylic, becoming the core highlight of the space.

• Core Materials: Ultra-clear high-transparency cast acrylic (30mm thick), food-grade sealing strips, hidden metal load-bearing frame
• Key Craftsmanship:
  1. Large-size integrated thermoforming: Large constant temperature thermoforming equipment is adopted to realize one-piece forming of large curvature from a single acrylic sheet, with smooth and natural curvature and no splicing gaps, ensuring the integrity of landscape display;
  2. High-precision polishing treatment: The inner and outer walls of the bar are processed by diamond polishing technology, with a light transmittance of more than 92%, clearly presenting every detail of the internal ecological landscape;
  3. Sealed and moisture-proof structural design: The bottom adopts embedded sealing technology, combined with waterproof and breathable valves, which not only ensures the stability of the growth environment of internal plants, but also prevents leakage and moisture regain;
  4. Integrated lighting integration: Linear warm orange LED light strips are pre-embedded at the bottom, perfectly matched with acrylic materials, and the light is evenly diffused, which not only lights up the internal landscape but also creates a warm atmosphere.
  

• Countertop customization: Matched with white sintered stone countertop, forming a visual contrast of "virtual and real combination" with transparent acrylic, taking into account both negotiation and display functions;
• Internal ecological customization: According to the spatial tone, shade-tolerant tropical plants such as monstera, air plants and caladium are matched to create a sustainable micro-ecological landscape;
• Structural reinforcement: The internal hidden metal frame is seamlessly connected with the ground and countertop, ensuring the load-bearing and impact resistance of the large-scale acrylic structure, and adapting to the high-frequency use scenarios of commercial spaces.
